This season, Knowle Badminton Club is moving its Tuesday club nights from Arden Academy to Lode Heath School. Club nights are 7:30 to 9:30 on a Tuesday. Solihull League matches in mixed and mens formats take place on Sunday nights (6pm) at Langley school, Solihull.

August 2015- Junior Club now recruiting!
With the start of 2015 season just around the corner, Knowle Junior Club is enrolling for next terms coaching. Please contact Pauline Hogan if you are between 7 and 16 yrs old and would like to play in the junior sessions this coming term. Sessions, run by Badminton England coaches, will be on a Tuesday commencing at 6:00 am at Arden Academy sports hall.
Club Badminton starts again 1st September 2015
The first club night of the new season will be 1st September at Arden Academy.

24th April 2012 - Notice of Knowle Badminton Club AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the club will take place at 8:30 on 5th May 2011, at the Knowle and Dorridge Cricket club on Station Road. All members are welcome and will receive a formal invite (with agenda) by email.
24th April 2012 - School Closures mean no club nights
Please note that there will be NO club nights on the following dates due to the school being unavailable because of exams.

23rd April 2012 - The Yonex Badminton World Championships come to the UK this August
The World Badminton Championships will be played at Wembley this August 8-14th 2011, giving us the chance to see the worlds best players in action. If you would like to know more, visit the Badminton England website for details and booking information.

You'll all know that the Olympics are being held in England in 2012. In previous Olympic games Great Britain has provided great entertainment, with hard fought matches against the Chinese world champions -this time will be no exception as Team GB fight the strongest badminton nations for the medals. 23rd April 2012 - Its Party time as Knowle ladies pick up their Trophy!
Our next social occasion is May 13th, when we'll have a table at the Coventry League presentation evening. Previous years have been great fun with food and a disco. Please contact Jackie or Fiona to pay a deposit to secure your place on Friday 13th.

March 2012 - Division 1 promotion
Congratulations to Knowle's Mixed 1 and Mens team, who have both secured sufficient wins to gain promotion to their respective Division 1 of the Coventry league. the teams will be fighting hard to finish as league winners as the final games are played out in the next two weeks.
